How can I sign up for the newsletter

You will find the option to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage. Enter your email address to register.  Immediately after, you will receive an email from to confirm your registration.

What are cookies and what are they used for

Cookies are small text files that are usually placed on your computer from a website. When you visit a website again, the information from the cookie is automatically read and processed. For example, in our shop we use cookies to store items in your shopping cart. This means you do not have to register again and again. Thanks to cookies, you can see which articles you last viewed.

How can I view my previous orders

You need an account to view your previous orders. Log in and click on "My Account" and select "Orders".  Here you will find an overview and the status of all your previous orders.

How often do you receive in the newsletter

Our newsletter appears irregularly. Usually only to keep you informed about the latest fashion trends, new collections or for special promotions.

How do I track my order

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number.  Thay way, you can follow your order to its destination.

What if I have a complaint

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I cancel my order

Once your order has been processed, it is not possible to change or cancel your order.
