Shipping & Delivery

All our orders are packed and shipped from Belgium. Our products are shipped and delivered with Bpost within 3-5 working days. Delivery time may vary in case of strike, holidays, etc. All customers are informed about the shipping status via track & trace code received at order ship confirmation. We are not responsible for delays at Bpost.

Different orders placed on the same day will be consolidated into one shipment, even if a shipping cost by order is paid.

Orders intended as a gift will be consolidated into one shipment unless a separate shipment is requested through email at info@santimo.be.
